I hope this book serves you greatly and enlightens your mind; about fitness, yoga, nutrition, and holistic health. This short guide book was created to help educate, inform, inspire, showcase, and display information, benefits, techniques and methods of pursuing yoga, fitness and overall health. When it comes to writing this book specifically, I want to highlight and potray my knowledge about fitness and yoga; through my long quick years of being an athlete, competitor, and mindful movement. From I was young, I participated in sports and always active. I began doing physical activities from about the age of 4 or 5; doing swimming, soccer, karate, baseball and track. Later on in my young life I began being involved in more sports, but those were the main ones I participated in. I was learning and developing through early childhood and understanding each sport and various techniques. I eventually stopped playing baseball, soccer and karate around the age of 10 and sticked to track and swimming. When I entered High school, I ventured into basketball, volleyball, and other sports for leisure and class. I competed in many tournaments, events, meets and trials in both swimming and track, travelling throughout the Bahamas and the United States.
